FEATURED PROJECT | BROOKVILLE, OH
A historic home. A renewed purpose.
Built in 1898, this Queen Anne Victorian home was once threatened with demolition. Through thoughtful design, careful restoration, and skilled craftsmanship, a piece of Brookville's architectural history was given new life.
The Jefferson Street restoration became a defining project in the story of Florkey Custom Builds, reflecting our commitment to preserving character while creating beautiful, functional spaces for the future.
