Rooted in Experience. Built on Relationships.
Who we are
Florkey Custom Builds is a locally owned design-build and remodeling company based in Brookville, Ohio.
Founded by Joshua Florkey, with more than 20 years of experience in residential construction, our company was built on a simple belief: building or remodeling a home should be a collaborative experience grounded in trust, communication, and quality craftsmanship.
We bring design, planning, and construction together under one coordinated team, taking pride in the details and the relationships we build along the way.
As a family-owned business, we're personally invested in the homes we build, the people we serve, and the community we call home.
