We begin by listening. We'll discuss your goals, priorities, budget, and property or existing home to understand what's possible and establish a clear direction.

Through our Design Agreement, we develop architectural plans, explore layouts and finishes, and help you make selections that reflect your vision and investment.

With the design and selections established, we prepare a detailed construction estimate and review the scope, budget, and next steps before moving into a construction agreement.

Once the construction agreement is signed, we coordinate final engineering, permitting, scheduling, and construction—bringing your project to life with one accountable team.
Preconstruction Planning

Great projects begin long before construction starts. Our paid Design Agreement gives us the opportunity to develop your vision, coordinate selections, and establish a realistic construction budget before work begins.
FROM DESIGN TO CONSTRUCTION
Once plans, selections, and the estimate are reviewed, we can move forward with a construction contract. The final installment of the Design Agreement fee is credited toward your construction contract.
What the Design Agreement includes:
